Spoiler Alert!
Tired of the same old WWII film? Craving some straight-up Nazi killing? The Dirty Dozen is for YOU! Ah, what a crazy movie. Lots of fun people: Charles Bronson- a no-nonsense kinda soldier, John Cassavetes- the lovable jerk, and the amazing leader Lee Marvin- such a little bitch to his superiors! He says everything you want him to say, it’s so damn satisfying!

Almost as satisfying as when all those Nazis— and their husbands, wives, and friends!!— get cornered in the bomb shelter, the Dirty Dozen succeeds in their mission and kills them all with grenades like trapped rats!!!
…
WOW. This movie actually made me feel sorry for Nazis. I felt dirty indeed. The end of the film escalates quickly, to say the least, and it wasn’t the plan to kill all the innocent people at the Nazi gala. But killed, they were.
Sigh. These movies are really bumming me out…
