Beaches (1988) (viewed on 7/5/11) This film, like Schindler’s List, had me braced for CryFest 2011.  But CryFest ‘11 didn’t happen until 8/25, the day I watched A Sea Inside.  No, Beaches did not deliver on the only thing I expected of it.  The only good thing that came out of this viewing was this image, entitled “Barbara Hershey has a Virus”, created by Josh, my handsome roommate, after I relayed a short synopsis of the plot.  He didn’t need one… turns out even he has seen Beaches.
